Fares are calculated from the trip details available at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, route changes, tolls, parking, special requests, or other service changes where applicable.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change terms may vary by trip type and timing. The terms shown during booking and in your confirmation apply to your reservation.

4. Service Conduct and Safety

We may decline, suspend, or end service for unsafe, illegal, abusive, or disruptive conduct. Passengers are responsible for following applicable laws, seatbelt requirements, and reasonable chauffeur safety instructions.

5. Liability

We work to provide punctual, professional, and high-quality service, but delays or service changes may occur due to traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle issues, or other operational events beyond reasonable control.
